Made with a water melon and ants gingham print halter top attached to a very full hand ruffled two tier twirly square dance skirt. 100% cotton dress has ribbon ties at neck and elastic at back waist to make it adjustable and child can wear longer. Skirt is made extra full for little girl’s twirling fun. Made in the USA.

Dress is shown with one of my double layer petticoats under for added fullness, not necessary, but lots of fun!
