The sleeves and Peter Pan collar are made of a coordinating print of tiny pink heats on a white background top with a cap of ruffles. I used the same fabric for panties with lace and ribbon gathered legs. The Valentine's Dress has a back zipper closing. Gathered high waist. Cotton. Machine wash and dry. Touch up ironing may be needed. So, so cute!
