Costume includes dress and matching hat with lace on brim and satin ribbon bow. This darling dress can even be used after Halloween for other occasions, anything for a sweet little black dress.

Dress is shown with one of my double layer petticoats under for added fullness, not necessary, but lots of fun! Petticoats are sold separately.
