Shipping Information

All packages are shipped by First Class Mail between 1-2 business days after the invoice is paid. There is a $4.25 flat rate postage charge. Due to the unpredictable change in postage, that amount could change. If there is a known shipping delay, a message will be sent to you. Currently, I do not ship outside of the United States.

If your package gets lost in transit, RML Jewelry will do everything we can to help you. 

We are not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the USPS or for delivered packages that have been lost or stolen. We recommend selecting a delivery address that you trust. 

Custom Orders 

Custom orders are encouraged and welcomed. I am 100% dedicated to maintaining the highest level of quality for all my products and for your experience. Please don’t hesitate to contact me with questions at any time. I love my products and want to make sure you love them too. 

A custom order is jewelry you’ve designed alone or side-by-side with a designer. Picking beads, threads, patterns, and/or charms is part of designing. You can make changes to your design during the entire process, until it is finished and ready to ship. There is a 50% non-refundable fee. That fee represents the commitment to purchase and is also a contract between the designer and buyer. That deposit might fluctuate if the design requires a larger investment cost.

How long does it take to finish a custom order?

Custom Orders often take more time and attention. Production turnaround can be 7 – 10 days or more depending on the design. If you need something made ASAP, please contact me via email at Chelleleb@gmail.cmom. Please include “Custom Order” in the message subject text. I’ll do everything I can to accommodate you. 

Jewelry Alterations

Existing jewelry can be modified. I can change the size by adding or removing beads. Some modifications may alter the price. Any charm can be removed. Please email me at Chelleleb@gmail.com with any questions.
