This super fluffy stand out petticoat has two layers of soft organdy that keeps shape and fluffs out twirly skirts and dresses, perfect for photos and pageants! Satin waist with elastic makes for a comfortable fit. Unlike other cheaply made petticoats, we do not use tulle. Tulle is more abrasive on the skin and not as comfortable as our soft organdy petticoat.

These knit scrunchies (for the most part cotton or a poly blend, exclusive of elastic) are handcrafted by me, one at a time, in my home studio with as much care and attention as if I were making them for myself!
This listing is for an assortment of TEN knit scrunchies. Either include a note letting me know what colors you like (or really don’t like) or let me surprise you! If you prefer woven scrunchies (more fabric choices), let me know!
