This fun little sundress is so perfect for a summer birthday. Made with a gingham watermelon summer print halter top and attached to a very full hand ruffled gingham watermelon printed pulled up skirt held with a green polka dot bow.  The under skirt is a two tier twirly green polka dot print square dance skirt, with an extra row of  bottom ruffles to give added fullness. This 100% cotton dress has ribbon ties at neck and elastic at back waist to make it adjustable and child can wear longer. Skirt is made extra full for little girl’s twirling fun. Made in the USA.

Dress is shown with one of my double layer petticoats under for added fullness, not necessary, but lots of fun!
