Shipping Policy
All items are handmade. Please allow 2-3 weeks for production before shipping. Items are shipped via USPS or other carrier depending on the best way to get to you as quickly as possible.
Refund Policy
All items are handmade and since time and materials are not replaceable, we do not issue refunds, we will work with you to either get you an item you love, or exchange for another.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Orders can not be cancelled once they have been put into production. Cancellations are only accepted if the order has not started into production, normally within 24-48 hrs. We will allow returns of unused items for exchange for a different size. Items must not have been soiled or laundered to qualify for exchange.
