Shipping Information

All packages are shipped by First Class Mail between 1-3 business days after the invoice is paid. I ship from a smoke-free, and Cizo (a.k.a. Princess Nugget) cat friendly home. There is a $4.25 flat rate postage charge. Due to the unpredictable change in postage, that amount could change. I will notify you immediately if those cost changes. If there is a known shipping delay, a message will be sent to you. Currently, I do not ship outside of the United States.

If your package gets lost in transit, RML Jewelry will do everything we can to help you. We are not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the USPS or for delivered packages that have been lost or stolen. We recommend selecting a delivery address that you trust. I can ship with insurance, at an additional cost.
