Like most crossbody or messenger style bags, the “Garden Cats” Messenger Bag, created by Scrapper’s Snips and Stitches, provides hands-free convenience that won’t slow you down. The wide strap sits comfortably over the shoulders and across the chest. Carry your essentials for whatever the day brings your way, whether it’s a day trip to the dog park or carrying your books and papers to class.
The “Garden Cats” Messenger Bag has two cotton fabrics with fusible fleece at its core. The exterior fabric boasts numerous cat breeds in kaleidoscopic delight. Fully lined in a bright yellow cotton fabric. The strap is 37" long. There is a large zipped pocket on the interior, while inside the 16” x 12” x 5” body (approximately) your belongings are held securely in place under a Velcro closed flap. Seams are professionally finished. Topstitching adds durability.Tabs and D-rings provide a place to snap on your keys. the “Garden Cats” Messenger Bag is machine washable and dryable.

A Box Bag is a type of pouch often associated with a man's Dopp Bag and used for toiletries. This floral Box Bag definitely speaks to the feminine side with its lovely brown background and coral flowers. It is fully lined in a coordinating russet lining. The approximate dimensions are 8"W x 6"H x 3"D. It is closed with an invisible zipper and has a tab on one end to aid in unzipping the Box Bag. On the opposite end is a convenient handle. Pouches are one of the most versatile bags on the market. Pouches provide storage for such a variety of items! They are a most useful bag for organizing your belongings. Since I only make one-of-a-kind products for my shop, something listed today may be sold when you look again. Therefore, keep checking back often. As with all of Scrapper's products, there are no exact duplicates. Mine is not a factory or a cottage industry that makes a single type of commodity. Some items may be made from the same basic pattern. Additionally, some may contain the same fabric. An example might be that there are six Bowl Co-zees of the same color, but differing fabric. You can be assured that all the products are lovingly handmade by me in Branson, Missouri. The studio is in my smoke-free, dog-friendly home, but don’t be concerned. Bentley, our English Springer Spaniel, stays out of the studio. Small imperfections can happen because each item is made by hand. If you look closely, you might see an unclipped thread. Flaws, occasionally, appear in the fabric. Yet, these small imperfections should not diminish the usability or aesthetic value of the item. I use quality scraps, remnants, and/or repurposed fabric in my creations; hence the name, Scrapper’s. Be assured, I clearly mark items with repurposed cloth. Machine wash and dry most items. However, specialty fabrics may require dry cleaning. I identify those products as "dry clean only" in the item listing. The bag measures approx. 13” wide 9” tall 3”-6” deep (3″ with expanding pocket zipped. 6″ with expanding pocket open)
The inside has a very large slip pocket. This bag is large! if you like little bags, this isn’t the bag for you! The strap on this bag is also long enough that the bottom of the bag hangs to your hip. Making it the perfect length for a shoulder bag.
This is truly a one of a kind bag.
There are a couple of “boo boos” on this bag. I included pictures. These are from me hand sewing the strap tabs. The price reflects these “boo boo’s “.

Scrappy Tote Bag from Stitches by Laura, Totes

Let me present my latest bag, the "Scrappy Summer Tote."This bag measures 15" across the widest point and proudly stands just over 12" tall. A strap drop of about 13" makes this the perfect bag to wear over your shoulder and hug to your side!
There is no closure to this bag, making it super easy to toss what you need for the day inside. There is a slip pocket on the inside that measures around 4 1/2" wide by 6" tall~~a good size for your keys and/or possibly a phone!
This bag will be constructed using the quilt as you go method, meaning that this 100% cotton fabric bag was quilted to cotton batting as the outside panels were pieced, but you don't see the quilting lines.
"She" is also machine washable and dryable, but will probably crinkle up upon release from the dryer. You may need to touch up with an iron or gently stretch her back into shape.
Let me know if you would like a matching zipper pouch to carry inside the bag (around 5" x 7") and I'll be glad to set up a custom listing for you! I'm happy to create a listing for a different size zipper pouch or another accessory, such as a case for sunglasses!
As this bag has not yet been made, you are welcome to offer suggestions for colors/themes or agree to be surprised by the final bag. I might be persuaded to make a video as I go if you would like to watch it all come together! ;)
