Lap Quilt/ Scrappy Quilt created by Scrapper’s Snips and Stitches

A lap quilt is a small blanket you use to cover your legs or lap. Sometimes, I just need a little covering across my lap to break the chill in the room, or if sitting outside to break the wind.  This lap-sized scrappy quilt would be perfect to use in a reading nook, in the living room, or for those who are wheelchair-bound and need a little bit of cozy to keep them warm. It is also a good size (36” x 38”) to place on the floor for the baby to stretch, kick, or play. You could use it as a picnic blanket for your toddler. The colors are a lovely mix of teal, gray, and yellows. It is machine sewn and quilted in simple straight lines. This piece could be used as a wall hanging, as well. It would make a nice gift for a shower, house warming, or “just because.”
