Payment Information
RML Jewelry accepts PayPal. Payment is due upon receipt of your invoice. After a purchase has been made, please include or send me a message with your email address and zip code.
Shipping Information
All packages are shipped by First Class Mail between 1-2 business days after the invoice is paid. I ship from a smoke-free, and Cizo (a.k.a. Princess Nugget) cat friendly home. There is a $4.50 flat rate postage charge. Shipping cost outside of the United States will be based on location. I can ship with insurance, at an additional cost.
All sales are final and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Custom Orders
Custom orders are encouraged and welcomed! There is a 50% non-refundable fee. That deposit may fluctuate if the design requires additional supplies or labor. That fee is also a commitment to purchase the item. It is a contract between the designer and buyer. On average, custom orders are finished in 7-10 days.
Jewelry Alterations
Most jewelry pieces can be modified. Depending on inventory, I can alter the size by adding or removing beads. Any charm can be removed at no cost. Exchanging beads will likely change the cost. Additional labor may also alter the price. Any increase in cost will need to be paid before the alterations begin. Please send a Facebook message with any questions.

Jewelry wire is stronger than stretch thread and doesn’t stretch. There are several different ways to close a wire bracelet. A toggle and clasp, a lobster or spring, or a magnetic closure. They come in many different sizes and styles. They also come in different metal tones.
