A fun leopard print sleeveless top attached to a very full hand ruffled leopard printed twirly skirt.  This 100% cotton dress has black sash ties at back waist. Two tier skirt is made extra full for little girl’s twirling fun. Made in the USA.

Dress is shown with one of my double layer petticoats under for added fullness, not necessary, but lots of fun!
