A custom order is jewelry you’ve designed alone or side-by-side with a designer. Picking beads, threads, patterns, and/or charms is part of designing. You can make changes to your design during the process, until it is finished, and ready to ship. There is a 50% non-refundable fee. That fee is a commitment to purchase the item It is also a contract between the designer and buyer. That deposit might fluctuate if the design requires a larger investment cost. On average, custom orders are finished in 7-10 days depending on the design. If you need something made ASAP, please contact me and I’ll do anything I can to accommodate you.
Most jewelry pieces can be modified. Depending on inventory, I can change the size by adding or removing beads. Any charm can be removed. A charm can be added. Additional bead cost and labor cost may alter the price. Please send me a Facebook message if you have any questions.
Stretch Bracelet Tips:
The most important tip for maintaining the brand-new look of your bracelet is to keep it out of water.
Stretch bracelets are on average 7 inches before finished and tied. I use two different stretch threads. One is jewelry fiber thread that is .7mm in diameter. The other is a jewelry cord that also measures .7mm. in diameter.
I recommend rolling the bracelet on and off instead of stretching it wide to pass over your knuckles. Stretch thread and cord are an elastic like any other. The more you tug and pull, the quicker it will lose its elasticity.
The thread is stretched before and after beading to extend the life of the thread and improve flexibility. It is closed with three square knots for longevity and finished with a drop of super glue for maximum security.
My knots might show, the cut end of the string might poke out between beads, but that is the mark of someone making your bracelet by hand and not by a machine.
