Most items are made to order, please allow 3-4 weeks before shipment.
Refund Policy
Refunds and Returns are not accepted, however if there is an issue with your order, please let us know and we will work with you to resolve the problem.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Orders can not be cancelled once started. Returns are not accepted, however an item can be exchanged as long as you contact me within 3 days of receiving the item to arrange exchange.
