Pre-made items will ship within 3 business days. Any custom or made to order items will take longer and the listing should give you an expected time frame, which will typically be 2-3 weeks. Once your package is mailed, Just Bobbin Along cannot be held responsible for it. All packages are shipped via USPS and will have a tracking number. If you would like to add insurance to your package to protect against loss or damage, please let me know and I will send you an invoice for the additional fee. I will not issue a credit for any packages returned to me, and I will charge additional shipping charges due to incorrect addresses.
